Queen Máxima visits our head office in Nieuw Vennep

Today we were privileged to receive Her Majesty Queen Máxima at our head office. The visit took place due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), as this crisis has major consequences for the transport and logistics sector.

Queen Máxima was given a tour of the company and spoke with our company founder/CEO Pieter Smit and several employees. Her Majesty also talked to representatives of a number of transport companies and the Dutch business organization for Transport and Logistics (TLN) about the consequences of the corona crisis for this sector. In addition, they discussed the impact of job losses for both entrepreneurs and their employees.
